Room Seven
Room Seven is a gem of a room being on the ground floor at the Northern end and rear of the hotel and featuring a unique rear door to the room as well as the usual internal hotel door which has its number on.
The rear door leads to the car park and then on to our riverside gardens beyond which form the view from this lovely room and is much loved by those who ask for it time after time because you can come and go without even setting foot in a public area if you so desire!
Our Kingsize Mattison Monarch 1400 is the bed in this room and the ensuite bathroom has an LED vanity mirror and is tiled throughout in travertine stone with the usual tumbled floor as well.
There is large desk and chair and corner wardrobe with bedside tables. Again as in Room Six ceiling down-lighters throughout give this room a particularly modern feel.
The customary overhead rainfall shower delivering lashings of hot water at a great pressure is enjoyed in a large enclosed tray with the extra handset available as well.
The LED vanity mirror and towel rail complete the bathroom and again in the bedroom there are fitted wooden blinds behind the blackout curtains that also finish off the bedroom in the same stylish way as all of our other rooms. There is our tea and coffee making facility with complimentary Border biscuits, hairdryer in its bag and two fluffy bath-sheets and hand towels with our toiletries laid out on the bed ready for you on arrival.
